A Career Development Centre (CDC)is the Highest PADI Dive Training Centre rating. There are currently only Two in Thailand and a few World Wide that have been awarded this prestigious rating. In today's competitive Dive Industry, a PADI Instructor needs many qualifications in addition to the basic Instructional skills acquired in a traditional IDC. Our Go Pro CDC Program offers comprehensive training to maximize your opportunity and to give you the cutting edge to succeed in today's Dive Industry.
This Dynamic program includes, Nitrox Instructor, Semi-closed Circuit Rebreather Instructor, Mares Equipment Technician and the Master Scuba Diver Trainer Prep Course, these courses will equip you with the Instructional and Technical skills necessary to make you an invaluable employee. We will also cover the sometimes overlooked side of our Industry, Sales & Marketing. So many Instructors believe that it is their Job to teach and not to sell... In the Business of Diving, everyone sells including full time Instructors. So it is essential to understand the correct sales philosophy and receive some Sales Training. During the course you will attend several sales and marketing seminars giving you helpful hints and strategies to succeed in the extremely competitive Dive Industry.
